Compliance Analyst (AI): Strengthening the security, privacy, and regulatory foundations of a full-stack AI cloud with an accent on certification assurance, data privacy, and compliance controls. Focus on coordinating audits and risk assessments, maintaining compliance documentation, and translating GDPR, NIS2, and AI Act requirements into practical policies and processes.
Location: On-site in the Helsinki or London office

is building a full-stack AI cloud covering data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.
What you will do
- Monitor and report on compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, C5, and SOC 2 Type II requirements.
- Review and improve internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Support compliance with GDPR, NIS2, the AI Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate internal reviews, audits, vendor risk management, and risk assessments across teams.
- Maintain compliance logs, registers, controls, and databases.
- Develop documentation and training materials to improve compliance awareness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or a related field.
- Degree in data privacy, compliance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with at least two relevant frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 2, or C5.
- Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Project management, organizational, and technical skills, with willingness to learn how compliance requirements intersect with cloud providers.
