Senior Process Improvement Professional

Location: Remote; must reside in Kentucky or a contiguous state and travel to the Louisville, Kentucky office once per quarter. Schedule: 8AM-5PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. Occasional office travel for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,400-$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes.
• Develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements focused on safety, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Research internal and external best practices and establish benchmark data.
• Evaluate how information technologies can support business process re-engineering.
• Specialize in process analysis, re-engineering, change management, measurement, benchmarking, or process-driven systems requirements.
• Collaborate with product teams and communicate business needs and process requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed Kentucky social work professional, or a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related health and human services field with at least one year of case management experience; alternatively, a licensed Kentucky registered nurse or a Bachelor of Nursing degree with at least one year of case management experience.
• At least 3 years of technical experience re-engineering process improvements, including root cause analysis, collaboration with product teams, business requirements communication, and surveys.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience writing process initiatives with proven results.
• Must reside in Kentucky or a contiguous state and be able to travel to Louisville quarterly.

Nice to have

• Process mapping experience with Lucid.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• MBA.
