Solution Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based in Minneapolis, USA, with expected collaboration from the Minneapolis office

Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD annually; on-target earnings: $145,000–$165,000 USD depending on experience.

What you will do

• Design and support integrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including API integrations and architecture design.
• Own technical onboarding for enterprise customers and create implementation plans with IT and security teams.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace deployments and validate scalable configurations.
• Configure secure data exports to customer cloud storage and BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Guide identity and access management integrations, including Entra ID, Okta, Ping, SCIM provisioning, and SAML SSO.
• Resolve advanced questions involving networking, DNS, authentication, email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and/or Google Workspace in complex environments.
• Experience implementing SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern API-based integrations; GraphQL is preferred.
• Working knowledge of IAM, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus the ability to drive ambiguous technical problems to resolution.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear recommendations and influence cross-functional execution.
