Senior Media Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote; preferred location is South Africa. Working hours follow standard EST hours, with US federal holidays.

Salary: $1,500–$2,000 per month

What you will do

• Create graphic, video, and motion content for digital, social media, website, advertising, presentation, and branded marketing campaigns.
• Translate briefs, campaign objectives, marketing strategies, and brand guidelines into visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards, style frames, and final creative assets.
• Design 2D motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and animated compositions.
• Produce and edit promotional videos, interviews, product videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Work directly with clients and cross-functional Account Management and Marketing teams to refine creative direction and deliverables.
• Manage multiple client projects from concept through final delivery, maintaining quality, deadlines, technical specifications, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or a related field.
• Direct experience creating content for healthcare, medical, or dental manufacturing sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, plus strong Figma proficiency.
• Strong skills in typography, composition, color, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, motion design, animation, video editing, and post-production.
• Professional client communication skills and the ability to manage feedback, revisions, deadlines, and multiple projects independently.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment.
• Experience creating content for paid social, display advertising, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
