Multimedia Graphic Designer (AI)

hirify.global operates Mesmerize, a patient education digital advertising network for healthcare waiting rooms and exam rooms.

What you will do

• Design, build, resize, and adapt static and video content for digital screens according to exact device specifications, safe areas, aspect ratios, and export requirements.
• Use AI tools for intake summarization, client correspondence, asset preparation, content generation, and repetitive production tasks, while verifying all outputs before delivery.
• Edit and version video in Premiere Pro and After Effects, maintaining correct export settings, audio levels, editable project files, and final renders.
• Publish and schedule content in TelemetryTV, managing playlists, tagging, targeting, and network-wide programming.
• Own the custom content request pipeline from scope review through production, status tracking, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for client locations and collaborate with developers, design, production, and account teams on brand, technical, and timeline requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital content production.
• Strong foundations in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, branding, and delivery across static and video formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, as well as Canva.
• Active production use of AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, with the ability to verify outputs against source material and specifications.
• Client-facing communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements early.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with a demonstrable portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital signage or content management systems, including scheduling, playlists, and content targeting.
• Technical familiarity with Figma, basic HTML and CSS, GitHub, version control workflows, or code-based screen content.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry.
