TL;DR
Senior Video Editor (AI/Motion Design): Creating polished video and motion content from raw footage, audio, and creative concepts with an accent on short-form digital content, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. Focus on adapting creatives for multiple platforms and markets, collaborating with Creative and Media Buying teams, and experimenting with AI-powered production workflows.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid with two days per week in the office
Gross salary: €2,700–€3,650 per month, depending on competencies.

What you will do
- Transform raw video, audio, and creative concepts into polished content using editing, motion graphics, typography, sound, and visual elements.
- Maintain consistency with the brand and visual identity across deliverables.
- Adapt and iterate short-form, digital-first creatives for different platforms, formats, audiences, and markets.
- Collaborate with Creative and Media Buying teams to develop, test, and improve campaign concepts based on performance.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative tools and new production techniques to improve workflows.
- Use sound effects, music, voiceovers, and audio to complete motion pieces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or a similar creative role.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of editing and motion principles, including timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media and digital advertising content that drives attention and action.
- Experience using AI tools for creative production.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with ownership of projects from brief to final execution.
Nice to have
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Experience designing static digital ads, social media visuals, or other marketing assets.
- Experience with performance marketing creatives and producing multiple variations for testing.
