CTMS Administrator (Database Administration)

Location: Hybrid role based at Deer Valley, 2500 W Utopia Rd, Phoenix, Arizona; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Support incident and service-request intake, documentation, analysis, resolution, and customer communication.
• Perform database maintenance, backup management, performance management, documentation, patching, and platform updates.
• Troubleshoot and triage database management systems, execute scripts, and deploy database and system objects.
• Complete IT governance and project assignments to meet established milestones.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to other database administrators.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting incidents, upgrades, patches, and project work outside regular hours.

Requirements

• Hybrid work at the Phoenix, Arizona location, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• CTMS Administrator experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Cache/Mumps.
• Functional experience troubleshooting and tuning databases, with intermediate knowledge of Windows Server and Unix/Linux server settings.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and support IT projects and customer-facing service activities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Four years of experience in networking, server management, storage management, and database administration.
• Certifications or qualifications related to MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Cache/Mumps.
