Senior Staff, Platform Engineer, DevOps (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Own the architecture and roadmap of the cloud platform, make infrastructure decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers.
• Design and operate scalable, secure, highly available AWS infrastructure using EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPCs, and related services.
• Manage Terraform configurations, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, containerized workloads, ArgoCD GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own networking, including VPCs, routing, peering, DNS, load balancing, and network security controls.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, cloud security, IAM, encryption, and access controls.
• Provision infrastructure for AI-powered products, including managed AI services, secrets management, governance controls, and cost monitoring.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of DevOps or platform engineering experience, including 5+ years designing, building, and operating Kubernetes environments.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD or GitOps, CI/CD automation, networking, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, network security, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• High autonomy and the ability to own initiatives end-to-end from design through operation.
• Strong English communication skills are required for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience running AI or LLM workloads in production, including AWS Bedrock, API and secrets management, and usage and cost monitoring.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, or additional Kubernetes-native continuous delivery tools.
