Payroll Manager

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Provide payroll-related support to employees and management.
• Handle confidential payroll information and resolve payroll issues proactively.
• Work with employees, managers, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management or a senior payroll position.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes and using payroll and HR systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills, including analysing and reconciling payroll data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and work to strict payroll deadlines.
