Senior AI Trainer

Location: Remote across North America, Latin America, Europe, the UK, and Oceania

hirify.global is recruiting contractors for a customer project focused on improving AI systems through expert video annotation and data labeling.

What you will do

• Review robotic-arm videos and identify key actions, events, transitions, and outcomes.
• Apply detailed guidelines to annotate video events and mark precise start and end timestamps.
• Verify annotation timing, correct inconsistencies or drift, and submit high-quality datasets using video annotation tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve ambiguities and maintain consistent labeling standards.
• Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing visual data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with video annotation, data labeling, or similar projects.
• Familiarity with video annotation and timeline-based labeling tools.
• Experience with frame-level or timecode-based annotation.
• Background in AI training, machine learning data preparation, or robotics.
