Senior Pega Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications, includhirify.global workflows, user interfaces, and business logic.
• Optimize Pega applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Journey Experts, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into Pega solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical and strategic decision-makhirify.global.
• Identify process improvements and implement development best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive Pega development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pega rules, classes, flows, data structures, platform architecture, and design principles.
• Expertise in Pega integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps projects.
• Experience workhirify.global in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
