Cloud Applications Consultant (F.I.E.R)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for managed services clients.
• Translate client business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Configure trading partners, EDI maps, document mappings, connectivity protocols, and integration workflows.
• Deploy and maintain integrations across testing and production environments using AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and quality assurance for implementation projects.
• Investigate integration defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Foundational to intermediate programming experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Perl, or comparable technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Makati City, Philippines.
• Availability for global shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and US schedules, including after-hours and weekend on-call support.
