Location: Manila, One Ayala Tower 2, Philippines

operates a Pega Center of Excellence delivering scalable Pega solutions across wholesale banking, retail, and other business domains.
What you will do
- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications, including workflows, user interfaces, and business logic.
- Implement strategies to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Journey Experts, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into Pega solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to strategic squad decisions.
- Identify process improvements and apply development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of extensive Pega development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Pega rules, classes, flows, data structures, platform architecture, design principles, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps projects.
- Experience working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to work onsite in Manila.
Nice to have
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect or Certified Lead System Architect certification.
