Focus on investigating complex support issues, designing practical workarounds, training customers, and presenting new features across a globally distributed consulting environment.

What you will do
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and investigate issues in SAP Business One environments.
- Analyze and optimize customer business processes.
- Conduct customer training and provide practical workarounds.
- Present new SAP Business One features and modules to improve application usage.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines and available for remote work.
- At least 5 years of SAP Business One consulting and/or support experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Business One core modules and core add-ons.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA and Crystal Reports.
- Experience with business process analysis and optimization.
- Fluent or native-level English, with strong communication, stakeholder management, customer focus, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
- Additional language skills.
- Experience working in multicultural and globally distributed teams.
