Encapsulation Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Carry out encapsulation, sealing, and priming of assemblies.
• Operate, clean, and maintain encapsulation machines, compressors, vacuum pumps, and spray booth equipment.
• Plan and coordinate workloads according to production schedules and internal customer requirements.
• Complete production documentation, including non-compliance, rework, and stores requisition records.
• Apply build, workmanship, quality, ESD, environmental, and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience operating machinery.
• Understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and processes.
• Appreciation of modern manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to work independently from bills of materials and technical drawings.
• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods and move materials up to 30 kg, with mechanical aids where required.
