What you will do
- Develop Python-based testing and automation software tools from the ground up.
- Interface automation tools with different systems and test environments.
- Collaborate with developers to create and maintain system tests.
- Define, develop, and execute performance scenarios using deep system knowledge.
- Perform integration, performance, and stress testing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product testing, manufacturing, or automation tool development.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and operating systems, including Unix, Linux, and Windows.
- Experience developing test automation infrastructure or automating tests across Linux and Windows servers.
- Experience analyzing large and diverse systems and working with regression processes.
- Knowledge of file systems, NAS, block-level storage, storage networking, and protocols such as NFS, S3, and SMB.
- Demonstrated experience with integration, performance, and stress testing.
Nice to have
- Python, Bash, and Linux shell scripting experience.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud, networking, or storage technologies.
- Experience with Jenkins and Git.
- B.Sc. or B.A. in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
