What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain shared QA automation infrastructure and internal tools.
- Enable self-service testing capabilities for developers and QA engineers.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Build reporting, dashboards, and monitoring systems for automation KPIs and quality trends.
- Troubleshoot complex automation framework issues, flaky tests, and infrastructure failures.
- Collaborate with QA Architects, DevOps, and R&D teams to define best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in TypeScript or Python.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on maintainable and scalable code.
- Proven experience building automation infrastructure and shared libraries at scale.
- Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright, Pytest, or Selenium.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with test optimization, parallelization, and failure tracking.
- Background in building quality visibility systems and automation dashboards.
- Knowledge of microservices, Kafka, or distributed system architectures.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments.
