Sales Representative (Springfield)

Location: Springfield; onsite work involving indoor and outdoor property environments

What you will do

• Support residential sales activities and customer interactions.
• Use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Follow written, oral, and application-based instructions using common-sense judgment.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Work across indoor and outdoor environments, including walking on uneven terrain and using stairs.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and ability to drive during daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for four hours continuously or up to a full eight-hour day, sit for extended periods, bend, kneel, use stairs, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and meet the role’s vision, hearing, and physical requirements.

Nice to have

• CRM software experience.
• Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry.
• State-required sales licensing, where applicable.
• Strong communication skills and motivation.
