Revenue Operations Account Management Intern, Supply & Demand

Location: Shugart, Singapore; onsite role. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Support senior Account Managers with supply and demand activities for high-volume strategic accounts.
• Track backlogs and reconcile purchase orders against customer requirements and internal planning.
• Gather data for escalations, support root-cause analysis, and help identify short-term solutions.
• Analyze historical trends and market signals to support demand planning.
• Develop and maintain reports covering forecast accuracy, fill rates, lead times, and other operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, and Finance on supply strategies, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with basic ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present information clearly.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, consistent operational data.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to changing requirements.
• Interest in supply and demand planning, Revenue Operations, or strategic account management.
