TL;DR

Implementation Director (Fintech): Leading an enterprise transformation program for a major banking client from contract alignment and mobilization through go-live and scaling, with an accent on executive stakeholder alignment, governance, delivery quality, and payments technology. Focus on implementing cloud-based banking and payments platforms, coordinating multi-market transformation projects, and delivering complex programs across GCC markets.

What you will do

Lead an enterprise transformation program for a major banking client from contract alignment through delivery, mobilization, go-live, and scaling.
Own executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time-to-value.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to meet or exceed commitments.
Lead large-scale implementation and transformation projects across global fintech and banking environments.
Build and scale high-performing teams through mentorship, empowerment, and accountability.
Translate business strategy into actionable plans, optimize processes, and drive KPI-based continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 8 years with an advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
Extensive experience leading large-scale implementation and transformation projects in technology-driven financial services.
Detailed knowledge of the GCC payments ecosystem, including Jaywan and AEP Switch implementation and certification in the UAE.
Knowledge of cloud-based payments and banking platforms, microservices architecture, REST/JSON APIs, and data streaming.
Experience delivering a core banking or payments transformation from contract signature to production go-live.
Proven ability to deliver complex multi-market projects using Agile, Lean, and hybrid project management approaches.

Nice to have

Russian language skills.
Advanced experience level exceeding the basic qualification requirements, including 12 or more years with a Bachelor's Degree or over 15 years in technology-driven financial services.
Educational background in solutions architecture or software engineering.
Cloud certifications.
