Site Manager (Security)

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States; onsite

Salary: $80,640–$120,960 per year

What you will do

• Manage onsite security operations, facility activities, contract compliance, post coverage, and operational readiness.
• Supervise, schedule, coach, and hold assigned security personnel accountable during routine and emergency operations.
• Enforce site policies, post orders, procedures, and notification requirements while conducting monthly inspections of personnel, equipment, vehicles, and uniforms.
• Develop and execute site exercises, prepare after-action reports, and track corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Report equipment deficiencies and provide operational oversight during required range days.
• Communicate operational status, incidents, corrective actions, and personnel matters to Government representatives and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or critical infrastructure protection.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising or managing security, law enforcement, military, or emergency response personnel.
• Working knowledge of physical security, access control, patrol operations, incident response, emergency management, and security reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, personnel management processes, and security documentation.
• Must work onsite in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Travel requirements are approximately 5%.
