Demand Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and manage a rolling, collaborative sales forecast.
• Lead and support S&OP and S&OE planning cadences.
• Analyse demand performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Develop reporting for volume, pricing, customers, and new business trends.
• Improve forecast accuracy, customer fulfilment, and demand planning processes.
• Maintain planning tools, templates, KPIs, operating rhythms, and support system improvement projects.

Requirements

• Depth of demand planning experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience establishing or improving demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Exposure to statistical forecasting models and machine learning methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, plus change management and continuous improvement experience.
