Country Brand Manager (Adult Vaccines)

What you will do

• Translate approved Philippines Adult Vaccines priorities into tactical plans, timelines, ownership maps, trackers, and success measures.
• Coordinate HCP advocacy, retail conversion, omnichannel, field enablement, channel-partner, workplace, and institutional initiatives.
• Integrate execution across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Safety, Supply, Finance, Access, procurement, agencies, and other partners.
• Manage approved materials from briefing and adaptation through review, approval, production, deployment, version control, and withdrawal.
• Track budgets, purchase orders, vendors, inventory, risks, issues, KPIs, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare monthly business updates, decision notes, post-activity reviews, and recommended next actions while escalating blockers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, preferably including 3 years in marketing, commercial execution, customer engagement, project management, omnichannel, or field-force support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating initiatives, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and approval processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, communication, prioritization, risk management, and follow-through skills.
• Working fluency with approved AI and digital productivity tools, including prompt framing, output validation, confidential-information protection, and human oversight.
• Ability to work with business data and convert performance signals into practical actions and concise management updates.

Nice to have

• Experience in Adult Vaccines, specialty care, retail pharmacy, channel partnerships, access programs, or the Philippines healthcare environment.
