's Core Operations department develops and supports AI enablement initiatives across business and engineering functions.
What you will do
- Partner with department heads and business stakeholders to identify workflow pain points and deliver tailored AI solutions using Claude Enterprise and Google Gemini.
- Build reusable AI skills, prompt templates, custom instructions, AI agents, and automated workflows connected to internal systems through REST APIs and MCP servers.
- Coach engineering teams on AI-assisted development, Claude Code, prompt patterns, and agentic workflows.
- Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials for business and technical audiences while tracking adoption metrics.
- Own the AI enablement roadmap, manage concurrent initiatives, evaluate new tools, and report productivity outcomes to leadership.
- Ensure AI integrations follow information security policies, data handling standards, regulatory obligations, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, developer advocacy, technical consulting, or software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML tooling or enterprise enablement.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise or the Anthropic API, including system prompts, tool use, and multi-turn conversations.
- Practical knowledge of Google Gemini for Workspace and the ability to guide users in applying it to business tasks.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript, plus experience with REST APIs and AI workflow integrations.
- Experience engaging non-technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and documenting solutions for both end users and technical teams.
- English is required for listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP servers, vector databases, embeddings, or RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of information security, data governance, and regulated fintech, crypto, or financial-services environments.
- Background in change management, organisational adoption programmes, and adoption KPI reporting.
- Familiarity with fintech or cryptocurrency workflows and experience creating internal knowledge bases or developer documentation.
