TL;DR
Ecosystem Technical Enabling Engineer (AI): Building and enabling agentic AI systems on AI PC platforms with an accent on AI infrastructure, model experimentation, and pretraining and fine-tuning workflows. Focus on configuring development environments, orchestrating tool-using AI agents, evaluating client-platform performance, and integrating AI software with hardware.
Location: On-site in Shenzhen, China; Shift 1 (China)

Technical Enablement Group within Intel's Sales Marketing Group, Client ADC team, focused on AI software enablement for client AI products.
What you will do
- Set up and maintain operating systems, drivers, frameworks, and toolchains for AI development on AI PC platforms.
- Develop and experiment with agentic AI systems supporting multi-step reasoning, tool usage, memory, and task orchestration.
- Explore and integrate AI models and applications for client AI use cases.
- Support pretraining and fine-tuning workflows, including data pipelines, training processes, and model integration.
- Evaluate the functionality, performance, and usability of agentic AI workloads on client platforms.
- Collaborate on AI software enablement, hardware/software integration, documentation, and best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in AI and deep learning, including neural network models and training concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with LLM workflows, AI agents, or task-oriented AI systems.
- Interest in AI systems development for client platforms and AI PCs.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-agent systems, tool calling, planning, memory, or workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience pretraining or fine-tuning large AI models.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure or agent frameworks such as OpenClaw.
- Understanding of performance, resource utilization, and deployment on local devices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
