Project Management (Cabin Innovation)

Location: Suzhou, China; onsite role

hirify.global develops and integrates aerospace systems and aircraft technologies, including cabin innovations for commercial aviation.

What you will do

• Develop engineering incorporation plans for integrating innovative cabin technologies into aircraft platforms.
• Lead cabin innovation projects from proof-of-concept prototypes through industrialization.
• Conduct installation assessments against airworthiness and aviation standards such as ABD-100 and DO-160.
• Build, evaluate, and coordinate rapid prototypes for cabin mock-ups and test aircraft.
• Coordinate with project partners, certification specialists, flight test teams, and international engineering networks.
• Prepare technical reports, requirements, project documentation, and presentation materials for demonstrations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in aerospace or systems engineering.
• Experience with technical requirements management, resource planning, CAD software, and standard productivity tools.
• Familiarity with ABD-100, DO-160, or equivalent airworthiness standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English and native or full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, ownership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in avionics or the airline/OEM industry.
• German language proficiency.
