Logistics Associate

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; physical retail store

Salary: $20.00 per hour, part-time

hirify.global operates a large online home retail business and is expanding its digital-first brand into physical stores.

What you will do

• Receive, unload, process, label, and accurately locate incoming inventory.
• Conduct daily audits and cycle counts using scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Track discrepancies, damages, shortages, overages, and other inventory exceptions.
• Monitor aging inventory, process markdowns, and coordinate vendor returns.
• Support inventory flow between the stockroom and sales floor, including replenishment and back-of-house organization.
• Collaborate with logistics leaders, retail teams, and operational partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of inventory control experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to work onsite in a physical retail environment in Denver, Colorado.
• Ability to read and understand English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for much of the workday.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• At least one year of distribution or logistics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
