Marketing Analyst (Paid Social)

Location: Hybrid role in Angel, London, United Kingdom; Monday–Thursday in-office and Friday remote

Annual base pay: GBP 42,000–46,250

What you will do

• Support day-to-day paid social campaign management across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Set up campaigns, perform quality checks, monitor budgets and pacing, and track performance.
• Analyze campaign and business data, including traffic, revenue, conversion, and marketing investment.
• Develop and validate tests across audiences, creative, placements, and campaign formats.
• Build AI-driven applications and workflows using Claude, Cursor, and n8n.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports, present findings, and collaborate with marketing, brand, promotions, EU, and US teams.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand KPIs, metrics, and performance opportunities.
• Ability to generate insights and build strategies or narratives from large datasets.
• Willingness to learn SQL, GBQ, Python, and R.
• Strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Ownership mindset, proactive thinking, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing, management consulting, startup or technology companies, finance, or strategy with an analytical focus.
