Field Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: Paris, France; on-site and occasional travel for events in France

Salary: €50K–€65K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Execute conferences, hirify.global-owned events, and localized webinars selected by the France Marketing Lead.
• Coordinate stakeholders, content, landing pages, logistics, target-account preparation, and event follow-up with Sales and BDRs.
• Manage event- and campaign-related social media and support executive LinkedIn content.
• Create and repurpose customer stories, blog posts, videos, YouTube content, landing pages, e-books, and Sales enablement assets for French enterprise audiences.
• Support partner marketing, ABM, webinars, paid campaigns, and pipeline-generation activities.
• Build hirify.global agents and workflows to automate research, event preparation, content repurposing, reporting, and follow-up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Content Marketing, or Product Marketing.
• Experience owning conferences, executive events, or company events from preparation through post-event follow-up.
• Strong content, social media, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercial and pipeline-oriented approach with an understanding of Sales, BDR, ABM, and partner-led growth.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Based in Paris, comfortable working on-site, and willing to travel occasionally for events in France.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to French enterprise or CAC 40 audiences.
• Experience with agencies, media partners, paid campaigns, webinars, or video content.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Figma.
