hirify.global operates an online home-shopping platform and its Global Supplier Technology organization builds tools for supplier onboarding, catalog management, and supplier advertising.

What you will do

• Build high-fidelity, functional prototypes in React and TypeScript for complex UX interactions and component architecture.
• Design, build, and maintain custom scripts, MCPs, and AI workflows for design and engineering teams.
• Bridge design and engineering by translating design intent into technical specifications and engineering constraints into design decisions.
• Scale the design system across components, tokens, documentation, governance, and adoption.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and models and establish evidence-based standards for their use.
• Create repeatable frameworks that help non-technical team members use AI tools and design-system foundations independently.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, front-end engineering, or hybrid design-engineering roles.
• Strong front-end engineering skills in modern CSS, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with design systems, including component architecture, tokens, documentation, governance, and adoption.
• Experience with design tooling such as the Figma API or plugins, design-token pipelines, and Storybook.
• Hands-on experience with MCP or comparable agent and tooling architectures, including the ability to explain how they work.
• Deep experience with AI-assisted design and development workflows, strong independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal AI tooling, agents, or automation for a broader design or product organization.
• Experience presenting technical or AI-strategy perspectives to non-technical stakeholders.
