Commercial Intern (Polish Speaking)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Six-month internship with travel to industry trade shows approximately 4–6 times per year.

Annual base pay: £25,400.

What you will do

• Identify and acquire new suppliers that can increase revenue and product selection.
• Build lead pipelines, cultivate supplier relationships, and develop partnership solutions.
• Lead supplier meetings and calls to explain the benefits of partnering with hirify.global.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and business terms.
• Maintain accurate supplier information in internal systems.
• Use competitor and market trend analysis to support acquisition decisions and travel to industry trade shows with commercial teams.

Requirements

• Interest in e-commerce, retail, merchandising, or related early-career work.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, interpret metrics and KPIs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to industry trade shows approximately 4–6 times per year.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and act on managerial feedback.
