Associate, Supply Inventory Management (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, inventory turns, in-stock rates, and network balance.
• Work with Analytics, Category Management, Forecasting, Operations, and Promotions teams to understand demand and market trends.
• Create replenishment and sell-through plans aligned with supplier goals.
• Communicate with suppliers to secure replenishment orders, inventory commitments, and sustainable growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, manage inbound flows and aged inventory, and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory issues, report root causes, project-manage improvements, and communicate performance trends to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, retail, engineering, consulting, strategy, or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Adaptability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a team-first approach to cross-functional collaboration.
