Associate, Customer and Supplier Experience

hirify.global is an online home marketplace operating global customer, supplier, warehouse, and office functions.

What you will do

• Provide operational support across pre-order, order-to-delivery, and post-delivery workflows.
• Serve as a first point of contact for suppliers and customers, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and supplier experience.
• Support peak periods, special projects, high-volume events, backlog resolution, and language-specific operations.
• Complete refresher training, workshops, shadowing, and workflow updates while sharing learnings with the global flex team.
• Monitor quality control and supplier satisfaction results, address execution gaps, and follow evolving SOPs and policies.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, workflows, and business needs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, work autonomously, and meet scheduled shifts or assignments.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders across different geographies.
• Prior operational experience involving external partners such as suppliers, vendors, or carriers is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills such as Mandarin or German.
• Experience with Excel and G Suite.
