Talent Associate Co-op (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on hiring, employee development, and engagement challenges.
• Improve recruiting, learning, and performance management approaches.
• Use data and judgment to inform hiring, learning offerings, and people policies.
• Communicate with business leaders, new hires, managers, and other partners.
• Organize and prioritize projects that address human capital challenges.
• Support potential placements in community experience, corporate travel, benefits and wellness, or purpose and inclusion.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communication, psychology, human resources, or a related field, with graduation expected between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and plans to return to the course of study after the co-op.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without hirify.global visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using AI in daily workflow and learning data analysis tools.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience handling multiple changing responsibilities.
