Field Application Engineer (Server Rails)

What you will do

• Serve as a technical expert for Server Rails products.
• Provide first-line product support and application assistance to customers and colleagues.
• Identify modified and engineered products based on customer specifications and application requirements.
• Conduct Server Rails product training for ODM, cloud service provider, and systems integrator customers.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and voice-of-customer input for commercial and engineering teams.
• Identify RFQ specifications and coordinate technical proposals while working with customer service, design engineering, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering or field application engineering experience.
• Ability to discuss product design and improvement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and complex analytical skills.
• Strong customer orientation, interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Previous experience working effectively in teams.
