Location: Must be based in or around Alexandria, Virginia; listing photography sessions take place in the Alexandria/Northern Virginia area.

Session cost starts at $130 per session, with escalators based on property size.

What you will do

• Photograph residential properties for rental listings.
• Deliver 20–25 high-resolution photos per session.
• Upload completed photos to the company system within 24 hours of each shoot.
• Complete recurring assignments booked within approximately 48 hours of an owner's request.
• Maintain consistent photography quality across an average of 5–15 sessions per month.

Requirements

• Based in or around Alexandria, Virginia, or the Northern Virginia area.
• Professional real estate photography skills.
• Reliability and the ability to complete assignments on schedule.
• Ability to produce quality listing photos with a fast turnaround.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable uploading photos to an online system.

• Ability to provide aerial photography or 3D tours as an optional add-on.
