Senior Marketing Manager Hematology

What you will do

• Develop and execute hematology brand plans across Austria, Switzerland, and the Nordic markets.
• Lead the launch of two hematology assets across six geographies.
• Analyze market dynamics, growth opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Sales, and external agencies on market strategies and promotional activities.
• Adapt global campaigns and materials for local field and digital use.
• Manage promotional budgets, customer insights, stakeholder engagement, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
• Significant oncology and/or hematology expertise, including successful specialty-medicine launches.
• Experience developing brand strategies across multiple markets and managing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma, Follicular Lymphoma, or Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma is advantageous.

• Exposure to multiple European markets.
• Additional European language skills.
