Associate Marketing Manager (Oncology Lung)

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid); travel approximately 30–40%, including some weekends for conferences and meetings.

Salary range: 49,500–82,500 annually.

What you will do

• Support local country brand planning by analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying promotional opportunities.
• Develop differentiated, customer-focused messages for key target audiences.
• Partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to define and execute the local brand plan.
• Analyze brand performance drivers, market dynamics, competitive actions, opportunities, and risks.
• Plan external stakeholder engagement, including national congresses and healthcare professional meetings.
• Create local promotional materials for sales teams and digital channels in line with local and global brand plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• At least three years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
• Experience managing agencies and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations for promotional activities.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English, with strong planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, take initiative, work creatively, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.

• Oncology marketing experience.
• Experience supporting product launches.
