Sales Trainee (Retail)

hirify.global Distribution Company manages sales, merchandising, and distribution of hirify.global products across retail customers.

What you will do

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during absences and special projects.
• Maintain professional customer relationships across large- and small-format off-premise stores.
• Learn and apply hirify.global brand, product rotation, brand-flow, and in-store execution standards.
• Prepare daily tools and priorities in coordination with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers.
• Support audits, blitzes, display building, merchandising, and other sales initiatives.
• Meet daily KPIs covering sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and compliance with DOT driving standards.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
