IT Support Specialist

Location: United States; Office position requiring work at a designated ZG corporate office for approximately 80–100% of each month and residence within reasonable commuting distance

Salary: $28.70–$45.90 per hour in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC; $27.30–$43.50 per hour in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and performance.

What you will do

• Resolve routine desktop support requests involving hardware, operating systems, and standard applications.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission laptops, desktops, and peripherals using established imaging, setup, and security procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, printing, and account access issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outcomes in the ticketing system.
• Complete software installation, update, maintenance, and basic device-check tasks.
• Maintain accurate asset and configuration records for end-user devices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or a related technical support role.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to work from a designated ZG corporate office for approximately 80–100% of each month and live within reasonable commuting distance.
