Warehouse Associate 1st and 3rd Shifts

Location: Griffin Warehouse, 375 Green Valley Road, Griffin, GA 30224, United States. Onsite work on 1st shift, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday, or 3rd shift, approximately 7:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Sunday night–Thursday morning. Some teams may have altered schedules.

Salary: $19.89–$25.15 per hour, paid biweekly. Third shift includes a $2.00 per hour night premium. Overtime is paid at time and a half and may be mandatory.

What you will do

• Operate warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, industrial trucks, and overhead hoists when assigned.
• Unload, sort, put away, pick, pack, load, and ship parts, materials, and supplies.
• Read work orders and follow instructions to move materials to the correct destinations.
• Secure loads with strapping, bracing, padding, lifting attachments, or conveyor equipment to prevent damage during transit.
• Count, weigh, label, and record materials handled on daily production sheets.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment while supporting an accident-free, safety-focused workplace.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse work, preferably in a hirify.global or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds individually.
• Consistent use of required personal protective equipment and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance, effective time management, accuracy, and ability to meet productivity goals.
• Ability to work in frequently changing temperatures, learn processes across multiple areas, and work overtime when required.
• Successful completion of background, drug, and post-offer medical screening is required.
