Senior Product Manager - Data Mining and Search (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week at the Warren, Michigan or Sunnyvale, California office. The role is limited to the United States and does not offer immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $106,600–$192,700 per year, plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Build and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and post-launch performance analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, UX/UI, executives, customers, and partners.
• Define and track product success metrics through OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage product launches, go-to-market strategies, and continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of modern data and analytics technology, including cloud data and data infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and drive projects forward.
• Ability to balance user expectations, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Strong writing skills for integrating product vision, strategy, and technical details.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Experience with evaluation, data, and metric products and pipelines.
