Senior Digital Product Owner - Rental Data (Digital Rental Data)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Rental Data Model strategy across hirify.global and dealer networks.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for rental data and dealer integration capabilities.
• Translate rental business requirements into scalable digital solutions with engineering teams.
• Establish data definitions, standards, business rules, and governance for equipment, customers, contracts, rates, invoices, jobsites, and fleet operations.
• Lead dealer onboarding and integration initiatives while identifying data gaps and operational inefficiencies.
• Analyze and reconcile data, investigate root causes, validate production issues, and measure business outcomes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business analysis, decision-making, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing and acceptance test design.
• Experience working across business, engineering, data, and external partner teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, data warehouses, or cloud data platforms.
• Experience with complex datasets, data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data governance, and data-driven digital products.

Nice to have

• Experience in equipment rental, dealer operations, construction equipment, or related domains.
• Knowledge of rental lifecycle processes including fleet management, reservations, contracts, billing, invoicing, and equipment utilization.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Explorer, or similar tools.
• Experience leading dealer-facing initiatives, business transformation, or enterprise integration programs.
• CSPO or similar Product Management certification.
