Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Migrate and evolve CI/CD workflows from Jenkins and Bitbucket to GitHub Actions.
• Automate Azure infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, including multi-tenant and hospital-specific environment isolation.
• Implement DevSecOps security gates using Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa.
• Migrate observability from Log4net to OpenTelemetry and integrate logs with SIEM and Azure Monitor.
• Support on-premise to cloud-native migrations using Docker and Kubernetes on AKS.
• Maintain Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases while automating tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and VNETs.
• Deep proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, especially AKS.
• Strong Terraform knowledge and experience with GitHub, Jira, Polarion, and full lifecycle traceability.
• Experience managing Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services.
• Fluent Spanish and English required for international collaboration and regulatory documentation.
• Analytical thinking, proactive communication, and the ability to work in highly regulated environments where patient safety is a priority.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and NIST-based audit procedures.
• Experience configuring Azure Recovery Services Vaults and backup strategies against RTO/RPO targets.
• Proficiency in KQL and Log Analytics.
• Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux for GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments.
