Of Counsel (Employment and Labor Law)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; office-based role

Salary: $225,000–$255,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonuses.

What you will do

• Advise and defend employers in employment and labor law matters.
• Defend agency discrimination charges and employment-related lawsuits.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitrations.
• Handle discrimination, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
• Independently produce high-quality legal work and manage case documentation.
• Collaborate with litigation attorneys, staff, and other professionals on larger cases.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of experience preferred; employment law experience is a plus.
• MD Bar admission preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in document-intensive cases.
• Strong organizational and case management skills, including managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
