Employment Litigation Associate - Dual License (Labor & Employment)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona; in-person office environment

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in labor and employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities, investigations, court conferences, and communications with opposing counsel and governmental agencies.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development within a sophisticated employment law practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active licenses and good standing in both Arizona and California are required.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing in California state and federal courts.
• Labor and employment litigation experience, specifically FEHA and/or PAGA, is required.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
