Influencer Marketing - Sr Associate Digital Marketing

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid and organic creator marketing strategies across LATAM.
• Coordinate integrated influencer campaigns with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, local markets, and key creators.
• Manage influencer and product-sampling budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze views, awareness, engagement, and conversion data and provide actionable performance reports.
• Adapt global digital marketing strategies to the regional LATAM context.
• Identify digital trends and consumer behavior insights and contribute to annual marketing planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
• Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to optimize live campaigns with agency partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, influence best practices, collaborate effectively, and adapt to change.
