Readiness Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Canada. This is Canadian-based employment, and employees must maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Base salary: $90,000–$135,000 CAD per year, plus variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with Services retainer customers.
• Improve customer preparedness through education, planning, and optimization of CrowdStrike Services investments.
• Coordinate customer needs with Sales and Delivery teams.
• Conduct account reviews, documentation, service scoping, and follow-up activities.
• Develop customer success plans with clear next steps.
• Support program improvements, best-practice development, and strategic account expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity services, incident response management, customer success, or advisory consulting.
• Experience managing senior-level relationships in technical environments.
• Strong project coordination, customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident response considerations.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Previous incident response or security consulting experience.
