Annual salary: $117,000–$234,000 for Sunnyvale, California. Additional performance bonuses and potential stock compensation may apply.

What you will do
- Lead scoped feature and AI/ML model delivery across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write clean, reliable code and drive software development lifecycle practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities into software platforms.
- Build responsive, accessible front-end applications with React and TypeScript.
- Design and support RESTful and GraphQL APIs with Node.js and Express.
- Optimize SQL queries, database schemas, migrations, authentication, and authorization while participating in code reviews and defect resolution.
Requirements
- Extensive software development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and using generative AI tools.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SQL.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and session-based authentication and authorization.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and exposure to Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of software engineering experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
