Pay range: $43.01–$70.95, based on full-time equivalent

What you will do

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and standards of nursing practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care in a 24/7 emergency department serving adult and pediatric patients.
• Apply current healthcare knowledge, including technology, pharmacology, treatment modalities, quality, and patient safety.
• Advocate for patients and families while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Support evidence-based care and continuous improvement in a Level I trauma center environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Professional nursing knowledge and the ability to work within the nursing scope of practice.
• Ability to provide care in a high-acuity emergency department environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Specialty nursing certifications.
